25 Orchard St - Facade ReDesign Concept Rendering 1/5/22. Project discussion is planned at the 1/12/22 Greater Council meeting.

Greater Council requested that the applicant's submissions to BZA and Nassau Planning Commission (NCPC) have their public hearings posponed until AFTER 1/12/22. Both BZA and NCPC have moved thier agenda's to accomodate Greater Council's request.

Town Study of Proposed Changes at Park Ave-Nassau Ave intersection

Town Study for Intersection Redesign at ParkAve/ NassauAve for Improved Vehiclular-Pedestrian Safety
While primary focus is the Park/Nassau intersection redesign, the study and proposed changes include the adjacent intersections of Park/Onderdonk and Park/Munsey Place as these intersections do not meet current vehicular/pedestrian safety standards. Feedback from immediate affected area residents and commercial properties is encouraged on these proposed changes/ alternatives .
